Claudia came out to our home and serviced our AC. We were having issues with our upstairs unit, it wasn’t turning on, and she was able to solve the problem for us! She was very efficient, professional, and knowledgeable! She was so patient with us. It was truly a pleasure having her service us, we will definitely recommend her to friends and family! First off, I would like to thank Superior Mechanical for their timely response to my call regarding my A/C. Secondly, I want to thank Claudia for the outstanding job she did in repairing our A/C. She is extremely knowledgeable in HVAC troubleshooting and repair. Throughout the job, she let me know what she was doing and why she needed to follow that course of action. Claudia is very friendly and courteous. Every business should have employees like her. We would highly recommend Superior Mechanical for any of your HVAC.

My central AC unit wasn't working. The service rep, Claudia Alfaro came out. She was fantastic! Claudia was on-time, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. She diagnosed the problem (capacitor) withing minutes, had a replacement on her truck and replaced it. Excellent service!
