Fantastic service! Felipe was amazing. No need to ever look anywhere else for heating or air problems! One month after moving into our house the weather got cold and we tried our heater but it wasn’t working. We have a Nest thermostat (it was already installed when we moved in). Felipe arrives and greets me with such a friendly attitude. I tell him the problem and show him to our heater. After a few minutes he starts configuring the Nest thermostat and found out it was installed incorrectly. We have a gas heater and the Nest was configured for a water pump. It was 52 degrees in our house and Felipe was very sympathetic for us. He manually turned on the heat before beginning the process of re-configuring our Nest. A small gesture, to be sure, especially since he had the heater working properly within the next 10 minutes, but it’s the little things that make or break an interaction. After chatting for a few minutes (Felipe was a blast to talk to) we said our goodbyes and he was on his way. If I ever have any issues with my heater or air conditioner in the future, I will not hesitate to call Felipe!
