Felipe is awesome!!!!! This is the second time he has been to our home, each time was for something different. Arrived not just on time, but early both times!!!!! Very friendly, takes the time to listen to concerns and takes the time to work with you until the concern is solved. Then he explains everything he did in detail so that we understood the work that was done. Will definitely use this service again!!!!!!
Felipe came out for service and fixed our ac unit in less than an hour. He was very professional, timely, and answered all my questions. I like that he called us 20 min prior to arriving to the house so that we didn't miss him. Extremely happy that our ac is fixed for the summer!
I and my wife have been very impressed with this company, the first time we called upon them was trouble with our heating unit, it took two days but they had to get a part for the unit that they did not have. Today the 5/22/2020, one of their employees came out to service our air conditioning unit, he was very professional, did an excellent job. Because we like this company, we have taken out a monthly payment charge of nineteen dollars a month to where they will come out twice a year to service the heater and air compressor and not charge for it which there normal service charge is 250 dollars.

Felipe was the best!!!! He was so nice. Totally professional, I completely appreciate his work. He made me feel comfortable once he walked into my house. He knew exactly what he was doing. He was prepared to fix the AC and Got to work right away!!! He was very fast and clean he answered all my questions, he informed me on how to maintain my AC. And in the end of his visit he reassured me if I had any problems or more questions I could reach him whenever I needed him! I would recommend him to anyone that needs an AC fixed!!
