Both techs were excellent. Very knowledgeable and personable. They explained everything in detail, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely used this company again. Hopefully, those two techs, Claudia and I think the other techs name was Jose, or Joseph. We all had on masks and I wasn't sure if Iheard his name correctly. He was great also. I am so pleased.
